We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish)** Podcast Post-Producer **with marketing and growth skills, who can also assist as an AV Operator for events. This role requires both creative, strategic, and technical production experience.
Objectives:
- Ensure Consistent and High-Quality Releases: Ensure the diligent management of the post-production process to release two high-quality podcast episodes per month, with each episode description crafted to highlight key takeaways, guest information, and relevant keywords in a concise manner.
- Implement Podcast Growth Strategies: Develop and execute growth initiatives for the podcast, such as targeted social media campaigns, collaborations, or new content formats.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional diligence and execution, attention to detail, and a service attitude
- Working proficiency in editing tools for post-production
- Ability to write compelling and concise episode descriptions
- Experience in creating engaging short-form content for social media from long-form videos
- Experience developing and executing strategies to grow and engage podcast audiences through data analysis and creative initiatives
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Experience operating AV equipment is a plus, training will be provided if needed
- Passionate about technology, crypto, biomedical sciences and optimistic about the future
Responsibilities:
Creative and Strategy:
- Write the copy for each episode’s description, based on the content and the guest's biography info.
- Repurpose each episode into engaging short-form videos for social media, focusing on key highlights.
- Develop growth strategies for the podcast by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and creating actionable plans to improve audience reach and posts performance.
Technical Digital Production:
- Editing of audio and video for podcast episodes; audio is for Substack and video is for YouTube
- Assist with audio-visual equipment for events when needed: set-up / installation, operating, and dismount / store equipment. → Ensure recordings are properly processed, stored, and shared to the relevant team members after each session. (Prior experience is a plus, training will be provided if needed.)
