We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) for a full-time Marketing Generalist and Content Producer position, with experience in managing business social media, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and creating high-quality content across multiple channels (email, website, social media), with a focus on repurposed content and maximizing evergreen content.
Objectives:
- Maximize the potential of long-form content by repurposing it into valuable, engaging, and shareable short-form pieces for social media.
- Design marketing campaigns for promotion of upcoming events and programs - which includes the strategy design, process flow, and the actual execution of creating the materials and publishing them. (pre and post events).
Responsibilities:
Content Repurposing (Long-Form → Short-Form)
- Repurpose long-form video content into short-form videos for social media posts
- Repurpose long-form written content into short-form posts for social media posts. Like: copywriting and creating a visual to go with it
Promotional Marketing Campaigns
- Create graphic design posts for events promotional materials for Twitter, create marketing campaigns for upcoming events
Community & Company/Brand Content
- Create on-the-go Tweets/posts about things happening on-the-ground, snappy and easy-to-consume, and nice pieces
- Edit short videos for community showcase
- Create graphic designs / infographics and/or AI illustrations of company information
Qualifications:
- Exceptional diligence and execution, attention to detail, and helpfulness/service attitude
- Experience to orchestrate and execute on promotional marketing campaigns
- "Jack of all trades marketer" yet strong familiarity with content production (strategically / creatively)
- Experience on content creation of graphic design, video edition, and copywriting for social media
- Passionate about technology, crypto, and optimistic about the future
- Willingness or desire to relocate to Roatán
- Experience with operating recording equipment is a plus; being comfortable on camera is also a plus
