Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Integration:
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Develop onboarding materials and resources that reflect company culture and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding practices and make improvements as needed.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various regions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and networks to source and engage candidates.
- Facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- HR Strategy & Operations:
- Act as the go-to HR expert for all employee-related queries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records, including payroll records and assisting in the preparation and review of payroll.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues and facilitating resolutions.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations; Prospera ZEDE, Honduras and USA.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Proven ability to manage HR functions independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Experience with global recruitment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
