Job Responsabilities:
- Perform lease administrative functions to support leasing agents/property manager
- Process lease requests and/or edit lease agreements for accuracy and edit narrative and computer-generated documents
- Develop master leases and maintain up to date with current documents
- Set up new lease records in the database system
- Track and maintain co-tenancy and exclusive clauses
- Create commencement memorandums, estoppels, and lease amendments as needed
- Track and follow up on move-in and move-out dates
- Develop all agreements for each new lease profile and organize final packages for the property team to review and approve
- Review leases relative to pertinent information including free rent, prepaid rent, security deposits, etc.
- Calculate, prepare invoices and track leasing commissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred
- Over 4 years of administrative and/or database management experience
- Detail-oriented and great team player
- Great skills to plan and organize tasks
- Advanced spoken and written english level
- Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
