The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department in executing and managing various marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible for the internal communications platform, assisting in the production and distribution of marketing materials and property signage, assisting in coordinating events, and performing other marketing administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage the internal communication platform which includes:
1. New employee onboarding posts
2. Monthly anniversary post
3. Monthly birthday post
4. News updates
5. Positive customers review (Always share with Leslie for SM content)
6. Employee awards
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and property signage
- Assist in the coordination of marketing events such as Broker and customer events
- Post to all social media accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as leasing, property management and operations
- Order marketing material from external vendors
- Place orders for misc. marketing supplies (paper, pens, golf tees, etc.)
- Locate property photographers and arrange appointments
- Update information on our select websites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent spoken and written English
