We are looking for a motivated administrative manager to oversee administrative operations.
Responsabilities:
- Supervising an administrative staff, including hiring, training and evaluating staff performance
- Developing, revising or improving administrative processes to ensure the successful flow of communication across departments
- Collecting, organising and maintaining tenant and personnel records
- Collaborate with Accounting to monitor payroll, budgets and other expenses
- Make sure all of our tenants´expectations are met through interdepartmental efforts
- Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s in Business Administration or similar
- 3+ years proven experience as administration manager
- Proficient in computer software and project management programs
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Advanced english fluency
