A large portion of applicant’s responsibilities will deal with effectively communicating a solution that we provide in the form of a product that aims to assist our client base. Therefore, you must be creative and possess strong verbal communication skills. Organization and lead management abilities are a must, as applicant will be taking ownership of and managing a growing database of prospective clients.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- PC skills and basic internet navigation
- Familiarity with CRM interfaces, such as Salesforce.com.com, is a strong plus.
Responsabilities:
1. Execution of Sales Plan Objectives:
a) Participates with Sales Management to set and prioritize strategies and tactics that ensure the achievement of Sales Plan Objectives.
b) Identifies the needs of each client and then develops specific Sales Plan Objectives, strategies and tactics to best meet those needs.
c) Executes on strategies designed to open new client accounts, increases penetration into existing accounts, and increases individual account
revenue/profitability.
d) Produces quarterly updates, revisions, and modifications to Sales Plan Objectives to maximize sales revenues and to meet or exceed corporate sales
objectives.
e) Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams with input from management.
f) Shares “professional standards” and innovative ideas with the sales organization that can impact TOCO Warranty’s overall success.
g) Remains informed of operating conditions that may affect the sales efforts of and the attainment of its Sales Plan Objectives.
2. Management of Sales Operations:
a) Engage our inside sales office by demonstrating a capability of driving day-to-day operations and facilitiating the successful execution of the Sales Plan Objectives.
b) Implements directives received from the management on a timely basis.
c) Maximizes the use of office time to schedule appointments, manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, monitor sales results, and
analyze sales data within the Account Executive’s territory.
d) Submits completed reports on sales activities and/or required paperwork on a timely basis, as directed.
e) Manages sales operations for their territory in accordance with TOCO Warranty’s company policies and procedures.
3. Client Management:
a) Develops, cultivates, and maintains relationships with clients in support of Sales Plan Objectives.
b) Maintains knowledge of key clients, the market, industry trends, competitors, and leading competitive strategies.
c) Serves as an ambassador while representing the organization, managing client relationships, attending key events, symposia, etc.
d) Maintains close contact with all clients, both existing and potential.
e) Provides timely and effective customer service for their clients.
4. Product Commercialization:
a) Collaborates to:
i. Conduct a pre-market trial prior to commercialization, when appropriate.
ii. Develop a plan for the launch of new products within the local territory including timelines and schedules.
iii. Determine the target clients for new and existing product launches.
iv. Determine the sales tools, collateral materials and product samples that are most appropriate for use with new and existing client accounts.
v. Develop a plan to obtain maximum exposure to current and potential clients at trade shows, medical
conferences, symposia, etc.
vi. Select a minimum of one priority client target for each new product launch.
5. Budget/Expense Management:
a) Adheres to all guidelines for Account Executives related to expense management and control.
b) Provides expense reports and other budget management reports on a timely basis, as directed.
