Responsibilities
Provide administrative and personal assistant support to clients including:
o Managing complex personal calendars
o Making travel arrangements and booking accommodations
o Scheduling and coordinating meetings
o Handling requests from clients
o Resolving issues
o Handling correspondence and contracts
o Processing and paying bills; reconciling accounts
o Processing payroll for household staff
o Maintaining digital and physical files
Seek out opportunities to implement more efficient processes and procedures to ensure
quality and exceptional service to our clients
Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor´s Degree in any field
7+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant supporting individual(s) with demanding schedules.
Possess deep expertise in client facing roles handling complex requests and issues with acute attention to client service.
Experience managing complex calendars.
Superior organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Track record of successfully delivering results under deadlines.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
Impeccable English communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrates professionalism and poise in dealing with sensitive matters.
