Requirements:
-0-3 years of commercial real estate investment experience
- Experience in mall and shopping center acquisitions preferred
- Analytical real estate underwriting experience preferred
- Strong financial quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS Enterprise
-High degree of demonstrated organizational skills and problem-solving ability
- Outstanding english written and oral communication skills
- Proficient networking skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Ability to create and implement work plans, prepare and analyze financial statements/documents, compose letters and acquisition packages
Responsabilities:
- Assist in identifying mall and shopping center acquisition
opportunities for sale in target geographies
- Develop and maintain Broker relationships (including being
added to broker email distribution lists)
- Monitor auction websites to identify opportunities in the
sector
- Assist in managing the full deal life cycle including
underwriting, LOI, due diligence, and Purchase and Sale Agreement
- Analyze and model financial projections with detailed capital
and operating budgets
- Facilitate NDA/CA review, execution and tracking
- Maintain acquisition pipeline and deal notes in Salesforce
