Responsibilities:
• Actively work with videographer network to identify videographers who are able to fulfill customer requests for video. This will be achieved through a mix of SMS Chat and Phone calls.
• Review content that comes onto the platform, including refining metadata to make it more discoverable.
• Communicating with customers over email and phone to inform them when video is available, and address any issues or concerns.
• Provide Tier-1 support to customers and videographers who are having technical issues with the web-based platform.
Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English skills, ideally with a US or UK dialect.
- Sense of urgency in performing tasks – news content is very time sensitive so seconds often matter.
-Solid technical skills and curiosity – the platform is a web based SaaS product so the ideal candidate will be comfortable and even have a general interest in web based applications.
- Ability to consistently follow a defined process – and willingness to provide feedback on that process if they see opportunities for improvement.
- Very reliable.
- An interest in TV News and Video production generally.
