Job Responsabilities:

3. Provide the best service to customers making or rescheduling payments; and
4. Provide an alternate perspective to those who look to cancel.
Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or college student,
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
- Advanced english verbal and written communication skills
- Experience preferred in salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
- Ability to assess data, deduce conclusions based upon findings, and present those conclusions in required report layout
- Ability to properly execute a high degree of independent action and judgment with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives to others with positive and successful results
- High level of integrity
